244.02 DIVISIONS OF POLICE AND FIRE; AUTHORITY OF DIRECTOR OF SAFETY.

The Director of Safety shall establish, from time to time, rules and regulations for the control, management and duties of the personnel of the Divisions of Police and Fire, not inconsistent with Ohio statutes or ordinances of the City.
