242.03 ANNUAL REPORT OF DIRECTOR OF LAW.

The Director of Law shall make a report to the legislative authority of the City, at its first regular meeting in January, of the business of his or her office, and such other matters as he or she deems proper to promote the good government and welfare of the City.
