EDITOR'S NOTE: The Office of Treasurer was abolished by the voters on November 5, 1996, by the repeal of Article XII, Sections 1, 2 and 3, of the City Charter. Former Section 232.01 (Charges for Service Requests and Record Copies) has been recodified as new Section 240.09, edited to grant to the Finance Director/Auditor that authority previously exercised by the Treasurer, and re-adopted as part of the 1997 updating and revision of these Codified Ordinances.
