210.01 FINANCE DIRECTOR SHALL ACT AS PURCHASING AGENT.

The. Director of Finance shall act as the purchasing agent of the City and shall maintain the day-to-day procedures for purchasing the needs of the City, according to the Ohio Revised Code and the Codified Ordinances of the City of Maple Heights.
