208.03 PUBLICATION OF NOTICES REQUIRED.
   At any time during the month of January of each year, the Clerk of Council or other person acting in such capacity, shall cause a notice to be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the City, or by electronic means available to the public, the rules of Council and of other public bodies, prescribing the times, dates and places of all regularly scheduled meetings of Council and such other public bodies for the remainder of the calendar year. Such notice shall further state therein the manner and means by which special meetings may be called or conducted. Nothing in this section shall prohibit, limit or restrict the right of Council or any other public body to cancel any scheduled meeting or to adopt, in accordance with law, a different schedule of meeting at any time during the remainder of the year. The publication provided for herein shall be published once only, except that if, during the remainder of such year, the regular schedule of meetings is changed, public bodies affected shall cause a notice to be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the City, or by electronic means available to the public, once at least three days prior to the effective date of the changed schedule of regular meetings.
