Nothing in sections 4-1-4-9 and 4-1-4-10 of this article shall be deemed to prohibit the possession, dispensing, or consumption by a minor of alcoholic liquor in the performance of a religious service or ceremony, or the consumption by a minor under the direct supervision and approval of the parent or parents or legal guardian of such minor in the privacy of a home.
