4-1-4-10: CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR BY MINORS PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any person under twenty one (21) years of age to consume alcoholic liquor, except as set forth in section 4-1-4-11 of this article. (Ord. 00-27, 11-20-2000)
