Unless otherwise set forth in this Code, any person found to be in violation of any section of this Code shall be fined as follows:
(A) Any person found in violation of title 7, chapter 6, "Stopping, Standing, Parking", of this Code as follows:
1. Not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), except that the violator shall be relieved of responsibility for the balance of the fine if twenty dollars ($20.00) is paid within forty eight (48) hours of the ticket's issuance;
2. Three hundred dollars ($300.00) for a violation of section 7-6-14 of this Code, except that the violator shall be relieved of responsibility for the balance of the fine if two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) is paid within forty eight (48) hours of the ticket's issuance; and,
3. Three hundred dollars ($300.00) for a violation of section 7-6-16 of this Code, except that the violator shall be relieved of responsibility for the balance of the fine if one hundred dollars ($100.00) is paid within forty eight (48) hours of the ticket's issuance.
(B) Any person found in violation of any other section of this Code shall be fined not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), except that the violator shall be relieved of responsibility for the balance of the fine if one hundred dollars ($100.00) is paid within forty eight (48) hours of the ticket's issuance.
