The following parking spaces shall be restricted to vehicles operated or used by the handicapped:
(A) The first parking space north of Division Street on the west side of Main Street in the village.
(B) The first parking space north of First Street on the west side of Main Street in the village. (Ord. 80-7, 8-4-1980)
(C) That parking spaces be designated on the west side of Main Street between Division and First Street and spaces between First Street and Second Street; that said parking spaces shall be as close as possible to the middle of the block; and that the chief of police shall have discretion as to the designation of these parking spaces.
