Every house mover shall report to the Fire Chief, or his/her assistant at the central fire station, the time at which the moving of a building or structure is to start and shall give the route to be followed and the estimated approximate time period the building or structure will be on a public street, alley or avenue. If for some reason it is found necessary to leave the building or structure to stand in a street, alley or avenue for more than one hour during the night, the exact location shall be immediately reported to the Fire Chief or his/her assistant.
