§ 150.099 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person in violation of any of the terms of §§ 150.040 et seq. shall be fined as in a sum not exceeding $500.

   (C)   Any person who shall fail to have performed an asbestos survey as defined in § 150.060, under the circumstances when required herein by §§ 150.061 and 150.062 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.

   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of § 150.006 shall be fined no more than $2,000 for all violations involving zoning, fire safety or public health and sanitation, including dumping of refuse, and shall be fined not more than $500 for all other violations of § 150.006. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
