(A) Before proceeding with the moving of a building over any street, alley, avenue or public grounds, the holder of a permit from the Building Official shall file a copy of the permit with the Police Department, which shall designate the time of day during which the moving shall be accomplished and instruct the movers in the regulations and requirements designed to reduce traffic congestion and hazards.
(B) The mover shall provide proper warning lights at all extreme corners of the building or as directed by the police and shall provide flagmen when the police deem it necessary.
