All house movers shall proceed in a careful manner with the moving of a building and shall not in any manner injure or destroy trees, grass plots, signs, curbing or sidewalks, nor in any manner interfere with the private property of individuals. The Building Official shall have the power to revoke any permit whenever in his/her judgment a house mover is proceeding in a reckless and careless manner in the removal of a building.
