§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Upon conviction for violation of any provisions of §§ 92.01 through 92.09, relating to the maintaining of a public nuisance as described herein, or in permitting or allowing the public nuisance to exist, the violators shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200, or the maximum permitted by state law, whichever is greater, and each day that the nuisance shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.    (B)   Any person, firm, corporation, agent or employee thereof who violates any of the provisions of, §§ 92.20 through 92.35 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction in the Municipal Court of the City of Mansfield, Texas, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of $500 for each offense, and each and every day any such violation shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   (1)   It is an offense for a person, firm, company, or corporation to violate, disobey, omit, neglect or refuse to comply with or resist the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 92.40 through 92.48. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   An offense under division (C)(1) of this section is a Class C Misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $2,000 for each offense.
