(A) It shall be unlawful and constitute a nuisance for any person to carry on any trade, business or occupation injurious to the health, or which threatens to become injurious to the health of residents of the city.

(B) It shall be unlawful and constitute a nuisance for any person to carry on any trade, business or occupation which allows any substance to remain on premises in his or her possession, or controlled by him or her as agent, tenant or otherwise, which has the effect of being injurious to or offensive to the senses of residents of the city.
