§ 52.39 DAMAGE TO STORMWATER CONTROL MEASURES.

It is a violation of this chapter for any person to damage, or allow to be damaged, any temporary or permanent stormwater control measures, through his or her actions or inaction without promptly restoring the control measure to an effective and efficient state.
