This subchapter applies to all sites located within the city that have stormwater discharges associated with regulated construction activity by TPDES or NPDES permit requirements, and/or other construction activities determined by the city to pose a hazard to the quality of water flowing through the MS4. This includes the construction of an entry/exit location, drill pad site, and other construction activities as required for exploration and/or extraction of natural gas, other petroleum products, or any other minerals within city limits.
