The approving authority may promulgate rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this subchapter and protect the public from health and safety hazards. The approving authority may undertake such immediate actions as may be necessary to protect the public from health and safety hazards. The approving authority may amend any permit issued hereunder to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
