§ 31.09 DEVELOPMENT OF RECORDS CONTROL SCHEDULES.
   (A)   The city adopts records retention schedules that comply with the minimum requirements of records retention schedules issued by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission.
   (B)   The Records Management Officer shall complete a declaration of compliance with the records scheduling requirements of the Local Government Records Act and file it with the state.
