Upon adoption of this ordinance by City Council, the City Clerk shall forthwith send to the tax commissioner a certified copy of this ordinance, the rate and the boundary database required by Section 767.10 of this article, along with a description of the boundaries of the City, and such other information as the Tax Commissioner may need to administer, collect and enforce the taxes imposed by this Article.
