103.02 POLL CLERKS, BALLOT COMMISSIONERS OR ELECTION COMMISSIONERS.

Upon the effective date of this ordinance, there shall be no requirement for any team of poll clerks, ballot commissioners, or election commissioners to be a member of any particular political party for the purpose of rendering services in non-partisan municipal elections.
