707.08 PRESERVATION OF DOCUMENTS; COPIES; NOTICE.
   It shall be the duty of the City Clerk to carefully preserve all registration documents provided for by this article in his or her office, and supply to the Chief of Police copies of registrations. It shall further be the duty of the City Clerk to notify all firms and concerns given by the applicant for registration as his principles of the fact of such registration and the date of expiration of the registration.
