131.07 CAPIAS SERVICES FEE.

Council of the City of Mannington deems it necessary and appropriate to establish the following fees which are reasonably calculated to reimburse it for its actual costs:

(a) Capias Fee $125.00

The fees from all of these charges shall be deposited in the City’s General Fund.
