1751.01  FENCES, BUSHES, GRASS AND WEEDS.
   (a)   No owner, occupant or person in charge of any premises shall construct, or maintain or permit to remain, any fence or any bushes or other plants which obstruct the view of motorists or pedestrians and are at a height of more than thirty inches above the level of the adjacent street pavement, or allow or permit the vegetation on such premises, whether grass or weeds, to grow to a height of more than one foot, except if the premises are devoted to agricultural purposes, and no person shall allow or permit the growth of any weeds or grass upon any part of any sidewalk abutting on such premises or public right-of-way.
   (b)   All premises shall be maintained by the owners, occupants or persons in charge thereof free from weeds which afford a breeding place for reptiles or rodents.  Grass, weeds and vegetation, when cut down, shall be removed from the premises and disposed of in such a manner as not to create a nuisance.
