1339.01 GENERAL PROVISIONS.

To obtain approval of a proposed subdivision and plat thereof, the subdivider or applicant shall apply and submit to the Planning Commission or secretary thereof, all information as regulated by the City of Mannington Design and Construction Standards Manual as referenced in Section 1343.01.
