1331.07 ACTION BY CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.

Within thirty days of receipt of the application and submission of all required supporting materials, the Code Enforcement Officer shall make the Class A determination as to conformity with Section 1331.08 and shall notify the applicant of approval or denial of the application. In case of disapproval, the reasons for disapproval shall be stated in writing.
