Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with any provisions of this Zoning Ordinance for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) for each offense. Fines shall begin on the day the Building Inspector issues a violation and each day's continuance of a violation shall be considered a separate offense.
