No person or other entity (except a licensed auto repair shop) shall within this Municipality, place, deposit, or allow to be placed or deposited, any junked, disabled, inoperative, or unlicensed motor vehicle, or any major part thereof, or inoperative or abandoned household appliance, upon any private or public property, except in an enclosed building, for any period of more than thirty (30) days.
