No owner shall pave, re-lay or repair any sidewalk without first obtaining from the Code Enforcement Officer or Building Inspector a permit to do so. All such paving, re-laying or repairing of any sidewalk shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the Code Enforcement Officer or Building Inspector. (Ord. 368. Passed 1-3-05.)
