751.07 INJUNCTION AGAINST COLLECTION; PAYMENT UNDER PROTEST.

No injunction shall issue from any court in the State enjoining the collection of any license tax provided in this article, but the party claiming that any license is not due, for any reason, shall pay the same under protest and petition for refund in accordance with the provisions of Section 11-1-2a of the Code of West Virginia.
