505.06  REMOVAL OF DEFECATION.
   (a)   It shall be the duty of the owner or the person in custody of the dog(s) to remove and dispose of any defecation left by the animal on the street, sidewalks, alleyway and/or other people’s property.  The person(s) in charge of the animal must have on or about their person the  proper paraphernalia to remove and dispose of such defecation while walking (exercising) the animal.  The disposal of same must be in a proper place and manner.
   (b)   A violation of any subsection of this section shall be punishable by a fine of not less than ten dollars nor more than fifty dollars for each separate violation on first offense.  On second offense, the fine shall be no more than one hundred dollars and/or not more than fifteen days imprisonment.
