311.05 QUIET ZONES.

Whenever official traffic control signs are erected and in place indicating a quiet zone, any person operating a vehicle within any such zone shall not sound the horn or other warning device on such vehicle, except in an emergency, or make or create any unnecessary noise within such zone.
