SECTION 38. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS NOT INCONSISTENT WITH CHARTER TO REMAIN IN FORCE.

All ordinances and resolutions in force at the time of the taking of this Act, not inconsistent with its provisions, shall continue in full force and effect until amended or repealed.
