3-9-4: LICENSE NOT EXCLUSIVE:

The rights, privileges and license to engage in the business of operating a cable television system in the town provided for in this chapter shall not be exclusive and the town has the right to grant similar rights, privileges and licenses to others. (Ord. 267, 9-5-2000)
