3-2-7: FULL SERVICE RETAILER'S FEE:
No retailer who is licensed by the state to sell liquor, beer and/or wine shall sell liquor, beer and/or wine unless such retailer has paid an annual fee to the town in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00). (Ord. 282, 9-10-2002)
