No retailer who is licensed by the state to sell beer and/or wine shall sell beer and/or wine within the town unless such retailer has paid an annual fee to the town in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00). The fee shall be collected by the town clerk/treasurer, who shall give a receipt therefor. (1977 Code § 5.36.020; amd. 2000 Code)
