A. State License Required: No liquor license required by this chapter for any retailer shall be issued until the applicant therefor has been granted a license by the Montana state liquor control board.
B. Revocation, Withdrawal Or Suspension Of State Licenses: Any revocation, withdrawal, or suspension of any license granted by the state pursuant to the Montana retail liquor license act, shall at once and simultaneously therewith operate also as a revocation, withdrawal, or suspension, as the case may be, of any license granted by the town under the provisions of this chapter.
