A. Licensee Subject To Inspection: Any business licensed under this title shall at all times be subject to inspection by officials of the Town. The licensee and/or employees of such licensee shall at all times permit any Town official to enter the premises where such licensed business is conducted for inspection of such premises and the activity under license.
B. Refusal Of Inspection: It is unlawful for any person to restrict or obstruct any Town official in the exercise of the right of entry to a licensed premises or the inspection of any licensed activity. (1977 Code § 5.04.110)
