3-1-1: SCOPE:
The provisions of this Chapter apply to the issuance of every kind of license or permit authorized by the Town. Whenever a provision of a particular licensing ordinance shall be deemed in conflict with any phrase or section of this Chapter, the provision of the particular licensing ordinance shall prevail. (1977 Code § 5.04.010)
