A. Fee Increases: The town council may increase the wastewater system impact fees as necessary from time to time by resolution after notice and hearing as provided in sections 7-1-4128 and 7-1-4131, Montana Code Annotated (1999).
B. Continuation Of Connection Permit: The wastewater system impact fee shall have no effect upon the current practice of charging customers for additional expenses the town incurs in making a new connection into the town's wastewater collection system main. The practice of charging the new customer for these incidental expenses of materials and manpower shall continue.
C. Capitol Improvement Fund: All monies collected through this wastewater system impact fee shall be deposited directly into the capital improvement fund which will be called a reserve for replacement. Said account shall be used only for expansion of the wastewater (sewer) system. Said account shall not be used for replacement of lines or maintenance of existing lines and/or facilities.
