9-1-11: RATE INCREASE:

The town council may increase the wastewater fees as necessary by resolution from time to time in accordance with section 9-1-10 of this chapter. Any proposal for a rate increase will be provided to the Montana consumer council prior to any hearing on the proposal. (Ord. 13-001, 7-11-2013)
