9-1-7: PROHIBITED DEPOSITS:
No person shall deposit any garbage, rubbish, dead animals or any substance having a tendency to obstruct the flow of a sewer in any flush tank, manhole or sewer opening. (Ord. 13-001, 7-11-2013)
