A. Provided By Town: The town shall construct or cause to be constructed that part of the connecting sewer beginning at the point of jointure and extending to the property line of the applicant.
B. Provided By Property Owner: The property owner shall provide construction materials and shall construct the sewer line from their property line to inside the structure.
C. Materials: All materials used in construction of sewers within the town and the jurisdictional area of the town covered by the planning board shall conform to the standards approved by the town council and applications shall be approved before installation of materials. (Ord. 13-001, 7-11-2013)
