8-1-6: TOWN HELD HARMLESS:
Grantee shall hold the Town harmless from all costs and damages which shall or may accrue to the Town by reason of the neglect, default or misconduct of the Grantee in connection with the exercise of its rights hereunder. (1977 Code § 12.30.060)
