Pursuant to Montana Code Annotated section 7-12-4401 et seq., the town council hereby creates one street maintenance district. The boundaries of the district are described as follows:
All lots and parcels of land within the corporate limits of the town of Manhattan. It is the intention that the street maintenance district shall consist of all tracts and parcels of land within the town limits of the town of Manhattan. It is the intention that the boundaries of the town of Manhattan constitute the boundaries of this street maintenance district. In the event through annexation or otherwise, tracts or parcels of land are added to the town of Manhattan or are removed from the corporate boundaries of the town of Manhattan, said tracts and parcels of land shall likewise either be added to or removed from this street maintenance district.
