7-1-4: SNOW AND ICE, REMOVAL FROM SIDEWALKS:
   A.   Duty Of Property Owner Or Occupant: It shall be the duty of every person owning or occupying any business or commercial property in the town, to keep said sidewalk in front of his or their property free and clear from snow and ice. (Ord. 07-012, 7-10-2007)
   B.   Removal Before And During Business Hours: Whenever there shall have been a fall of snow during the ordinary business hours of the day, from eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. until five o'clock (5:00) P.M. of any day, such owner or occupant of any property, shall at once and without unreasonable delay remove said snow from said sidewalk along the entire frontage of the said property owned or occupied by him. Whenever there shall have been a fall of snow during the night, or at any time between the hours of five o'clock (5:00) P.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. of any day, it shall be the duty of such owner or occupant of any of the property to remove said snow from said sidewalk along the entire frontage of the property owned or occupied by him, not later than the hour of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. of said day.    C.   Penalty: Any person violating this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as set forth in section 1-4-2 of this code. (Ord. 07-002, 2-13-2007)
