6-12-1: ONE-WAY STREETS:
The following public streets shall be designated as "one-way" streets for traffic flow and safety purposes:
 
Altenbrand Avenue
 
Traffic on Altenbrand Avenue shall allow both lanes to travel to the west for the length of the 100 block
North Broadway
 
Traffic on North Broadway shall allow both lanes to travel to the south for the length of the 400 block
