5-2-3-3: SHRUBS, TREES, GRASS, FLOWERS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to, in any way, injure or destroy grass, trees, shrubs or flowers growing upon any public grounds or in any flower container or planter or anything placed in such places of a useful or ornamental character. (Ord. 07-008, 7-10-2007)
