5-2-3-2: UTILITY POLES AND FIXTURES:
No person shall interfere with, cut, remove, break or destroy any telephone or electric light wires, poles or fixtures, nor shall and person fasten any structure or portion of structure to any utility pole or fixture. (Ord. 07-008, 7-10-2007)
