5-2-2-3: STORAGE OF EXPLOSIVES:

Except as provided in Montana Code Annotated section 50-61-120, it is unlawful for any person to keep or permit to be kept, any giant powder, nitroglycerin, dynamite, or other highly explosive compound within the town or within three (3) miles of the corporate limits of the town. (1977 Code § 9.08.030; amd. 2000 Code)
